Live-eviL turns 16!

You saw that correctly, Live-eviL is now 16 years old! One of the oldest fansub groups still in operation, (I shall leave it up to you to find what the oldest is!)
Although many of the faces here have changed since this group was first founded, we are still here and running!
So stick around and enjoy some cake and ice cream with us, and thanks to all who have stayed with us all these years!

For me who watch anime for 20 years now from the internet & if we add those that air in my country then 25+ years & I love lot’s of old shows from the 70’s, 80’s & 90’s it’s extremely easy to tell which group is the oldest, CA ofc those guys fansub since the early 90’s since 1992 to be exact so they are doing that for 25 years!
Anyway I wish Live-eviL happy birthday 🙂 & to continue the good work for many-many years more, also sorry about that I rarely write but as I decide to do it I feel the need to express some complains I have.
Four years ago you release the first episode from ‘Attack No.1’ & then drop it, I am a huge sports anime fan & I wanted to watch that & I was very disappointed that you abandon that project, I would like to beg to continue this plz, hb again.

Pretty amazing, since most groups kicked the bucket after streaming became a thing.
Still, I miss the old days, with beautiful fonts, lovely type setting etc.

I remember back in the day before digital fansubs were born. There were VHS rips encoded to real media, vivo, mpeg, svcd. Good times! Keep it up Live-eviL! Here’s to another 16 years! 🙂
I still have my Dragon Ball VHS fansubs from 18 years ago & I still prefer those translations to the official ones.
