Episode 18, The Magic Light of Dreams.
After a show, a strange kid confronts Mai and demands to see Emi, and no matter what she says… he simply will not take no for an answer! Then later, when he shows up at their home to look for her and is pestering the other members of Magic Carat, Mai starts to wonder just what this kid really is.

Could you turn your attention on “Esper Mami” TV series. It’s translation was abandoned more than a year ago.
The problem is they would need translators to do this.
The raws could be encoded since the Isos are available on ADC, but translating this anime would require a lot of time.
As far as I’m concerned, I would rely more on a streaming license by Discotek Media (they did it for some very long anime).
I don’t think anyone dare to make license of nude-model mahou shoujo:)
Esper Mami is a really long series, so it would be hard to get a dedicated group of people together to sub it to the end. I have seen some of the series and liked what I saw, but I’m not sure if I could stay commited to subbing 100+ episodes.
