More Yawara cometh! Episode 62 also marks the halfway point in the series.
Just a quick reminder, this episode is not encoded off the DVD. We’re using the old divx files for now.
The Yawara R2 DVDs came with a high price and a ton of interlacing problems for us to deal with. It will take the encoder some time to fix up this mess.

Second this guy.They let us down BADLY by only licensing JUST the first half :(.Don`t trust them anymore (like so many companies these days )produce a few discs then drop the series,the companies then moan about how no one is buying their discs?is it any wonder I only buy complete sets now
First let me thank you for subbing Yawara! I have really been enjoying this series and I am glad to see LE linking up with Frostii and Saizen to finish it. That said, here are some numbers for you.
Yawara was released on October 16, 1989 and finished airing on September 21, 1992.
Live Evil formed in mid June of 2001.
It is currently September of 2011.
You have released 62 episodes of Yawara in that time for an average of 1 episode every 2 months. You are now half way through the series.
At the current rate of release, with three groups working on the show, you will finish around January of 2022. Are you OK with that?
Oh, and it has been over three months since your last release, you are behind schedule.
I am nearly 50. I would like to see this show completely English subbed before I die.
