episode #16 Cocky Is a Mischievous Girl !!

If you remember the last episode, this episode picks up right where it left off, Ceddie had just run away from that horrid little girl Bridgette, the ultra tsundere who makes all around her cringe in horror, and her mother, who seems to have a superiority complex, and is blind to her daughter’s faults. Granted that Ceddie’s trek to find his Mother’s new home is not exactly the best of ides, since he does not know exactly WHERE it is, this is also compounded by the fact that there is a dense forest in the way, his plans don’t go very well, then he meets this rather strange girl!

In case anyone was wondering why the LONG gap between releases of Ceddie, there is a reason, last December, in Japan ,someone decided to re-arrange our translators left arm, by slamming into it with their car one morning in a hit and run indecent, which caused a server fracture in his upper arm (Yes they caught the perpetrator). Obviously he had to have surgery and physio and getting back to normal took a while but “normal service” will now resume.
Our Translator “gumbaloom apologies for the delay, and things will be moving along as normal as soon as I MYSELF, ironically recover from shoulder surgery this week for rotator cuff problems :/

A batch for Yawara episodes 24-43 have been made. Please check the L-E torrent site.

There are v2s for the following episodes: 29, 35, 39, 41, 42 & 43. That’s a lot of v2s. Sorry about that.

Hello everyone.

So you just downloaded a movie (4GB+) from one our bots off the Live-evil IRC channel and your file doesn’t play.

The horror!!

Don’t panic and let me explain:

When you download a file from a L-E bot and complete the transfer at 100%, but the file isn’t playing. You find yourself having to resume the file over and over. Sound familiar?

In this case, please check the CRC. If the CRC does match, then you are good to go. If not, then you’ll have to resume the file.
If all else fails, then its possibly your IRC client, as it might be outdated and just needs an update. It might be a simple fix in your DCC settings. Each IRC client differs.
Please refer to your IRC client’s website for updates.

If the problem persists, please try another bot or use our torrent site to complete the transfer.

For kvirc users: Click on Settings -> Configure kvirc -> DCC -> File Transfer -> Advanced Tab -> Enable send 64-bit ACKs for files larger than 4GiB

Hexchat still has issues with this type of problem. You never know when you’ll see a patch for it.

For mIRC users, please use version 6.33 or above. Any lesser versions will not support files larger than 4GB.

Again: If the bots says your file is complete, don’t assume everything is fine. Please check the CRC right away and see if you can play the file..
