After having defeated the forces of Industria at Highharbor and integrating them into every day society, Conan turns his attention back to Industria and Dr Lao who has not been heard from since they set off for Highharbor and he set off to check on the welfare if the Industrians. So Conan decides to set off to Industria to see what has become of him, seeking help from the un-expected.
