It’s easy, and it won’t cost you your first born… in most cases! 😛

What is needed MOSTLY to get things smoothly again are the same as always, Editors and QC checkers (grammar police), people with GOOD strong English and grammar skills willing to look over scripts and in the case of editors, make the corrections needed, and in QC, make suggestive changes to the project leads.
Simple really.
What is preferred is staff who will stick around for a while, and will give any given project equal attention even if they really watch the show or not, just process the script to make is as best as we can make it! 🙂
