Yes, the impossible has happened: Yawara! has been licensed (by AnimEigo). Following our established procedures, Live-evil will no longer fansub or distribute Yawara. We ask that everyone please cease to distribute these files as well.
Although we are sad to see such a great project come to an end, we are glad to see that our hard work and your dedication as fans has served it’s purpose and brought another anime classic to english-speaking fans. Now that this classic has (finally!) been licensed, we hope you will all support it by buying the official releases.
A final and heartfelt thank you to everyone who has worked on this project through the 57 episodes we completed. Your hard work has been appreciated.
And most importantly, a grateful thank you to all the Yawara fans who have stuck with us through this project. We <3 you!
