Shion no Ou (Shion’s King) is a brand new 12 episode show. The main character, Yasuoka Shion, is an 11-year-old shougi genius who’s just one step away from becoming a professional kishi. But she’s also haunted by a dark past – her parents were murdered before her eyes and she lost her ability to speak because of it.
