Today we bring you the 19th installment of You’re Under Arrest. The team was switched up a bit but it’s the same old L-E quality you’re used to. The biggest change is we switched to h.264 and matroska for it.

HQ version is softsubbed h.264, aac, chaptered mkv file.
Xvid version is hardsubbed xvid/mp3 avi file.
